About
Joy Cuenca serves as the Systems Administrator for ICPT specializing in implementing and administering technology to support business processes. She believes that technology can be leveraged, not to replace, but to enhance the human experience. Joy started her career serving 10 years in the Army as a Medic. She then entered the healthcare administration field filling roles in operational leadership until transitioning into IT. In addition to her role at ICPT, Joy is the Director of Business Strategy and Analytics at DECO Recovery Management. She holds an MBA and Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Maryland, R.H. Smith School of Business. She holds professional certifications including AI Leadership for Healthcare, Microsoft Certifications for Power Platform and Dynamics 365, and is a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator. Joy is currently pursuing certification as a Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT®) on her path to become a Microsoft Certified Trainer.

Joy monitors and maintains all the institution's systems to ensure a rich learning environment for ICPT's students.
